How to get there

About the Notre Dame Mountain Trail

Located in Jiaosi, Yilan, the Mount of Our Lady trail starts from the Wufengchi Waterfall Scenic Area and ends at the viewing platform. Although the trail is gentle and easy to walk along the way, part of the water source is covered by woods, and the heavy humidity causes the trail to be slightly slippery. You must pay attention to your steps. It is also recommended to bring a pair of waterproof hiking shoes or rain boots with sufficient grip.

 

Route introduction

The Notre Dame Climbing Trail has to go in from the entrance of the Wuqifeng Waterfall Scenic Area. After a short walk, you will first pass the pilgrimage site of the Madonna Mountain Villa, and then walk the 4 kilometers of gentle slope industrial road before you see the Tongtian Bridge. The starting point is also the beginning of preparing to enter the iron leg journey. After entering the mountain pass, the zigzag mountain trail climbs all the way up.
