About an hour's drive quickly reached our destination. The guide said that you can see the life of the Cuchi Liberated Area from 1961 to 1972, from the building to the people's life. It also introduced military fortifications, such as traps in the jungle and tunnels. These traps were said to be the most important facilities that frustrated the US military at that time.

 

Then there is the highlight of Cuchi's tunnel itinerary. Watching the movie and watching the trap were originally just appetizers. To experience the itinerary, you must actually experience the environment during the War of Resistance during the big era. Then we followed the tour guide into the tunnel and kept exclaiming along the way, because after we actually walked through, we found that the seemingly complicated tunnel was actually very organized and contextual, including living and living rooms, conference rooms, dining rooms and other spaces. There is a souvenir shop and a shooting range at the end of the itinerary (the bullets need to be paid at 75 NTD / round). There are automatic and semi-automatic guns to choose from, as well as the AK47 rifle often seen in shooting games. This kind of shooting range with real firearms and ammunition is rare in Taiwan.
