Notifications

• Departure with minimum 4 people. We will send you a cancellation email 3 days before departure if participants doesn’t meet the minimum number. Also, we will refund you in full.

• Itinerary are agreed by both sides, but if subject to weather, traffic and other factors, True Travel Co. has the right to coordinate the adjustment trip with the guests.

• If happening the conditions such as natural disasters (strong typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) affect the itinerary, True Travel Co. has the right to coordinate with the guests to change the itinerary in order to protect the safety and property of guests and colleagues. If the coordination fails, True Travel Co. has the right to refund the deposit and cancel service.

 

Cancellation Regulations

• Prior to departure, guests who cancel the booking are subjected to the following cancellation schedule in accordance with the "Standardization of Overseas Tourism Contract" issued by Taiwan Tourism Bureau:

• For cancellation received more than 41 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 5% of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.

• For cancellation received between 31 to 40 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 10%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.

• For cancellation received between 21 to 30 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 20%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.

• For cancellation received between 2 to 20 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 30%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.

• For cancellation received 1 day before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 50%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.

• For cancellation received on the day of departure, overtime, or personal factorsdid not inform us will not get the refund.

• Guests may, by consent of True Travel Co., assign the agreed itinerary to a third party to mitigate the loss of termination. However, if True Travel Co. increases the cost, it shall be borne by the guests. If there is any reduction, guests may not request refund.

• Guests agree to the above-mentioned matters after payment of the subscription.
