Here comes a great boon to the people of Taiwan! In recent years, the government has been promoting local tourism in Taiwan, and this year, several waves of national tourism subsidies have been issued to encourage Taiwanese to enjoy the beautiful scenery of various counties and cities, and to promote the development of tourism industry and the overall economy of Taiwan due to the lack of tourists from mainland China.

Second half of the latest autumn and winter tourism subsidies have just come out!

Plan 1: group travel discount

1. Daily grant of 500 yuan per person and maximum grant of 30,000 yuan per group

2. For each travel agency with more than 10 people per tour, the ceiling is 30 Tours

Plan 2: accommodation discount for individual travelers

1. One discount per person

• 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday)

Plan 3: preferential admission to the sightseeing recreation park

1. Each child under the age of 12 is admitted to the kindergarten once free of charge

2. Split holidays

3. Does not include the agent collecting and forwarding

Plan 4: discount for sightseeing activities

1. Grant tourism industry, tourism and lodging industry, recreation industry or related public association to conduct preferential tourism activities, with a total amount of 50 million yuan

2. The upper limit of subsidy activities is 80%, and the upper limit is 1 million yuan per case

Plan 2: accommodation discount for individual travelers

1. Which accommodations are available?

Step 1: to Taiwan hostel network (https://www.taiwanstay.net.tw) link to "expand the CITS autumn winter swimming accommodation favourable activity" page zone queries have to participate in the activities of tourism hotel, hotel, or home stay facility

2. How to apply?

Step 1: guests using the reduced id card number should check in.

Step 2: scan and upload the front image file of id card, health care card or driver's license before or on the day of check-in to the "expand CITS autumn and winter travel accommodation promotion" webpage, and establish the profile of passengers. (health care card without photo is ok)

Step 3: the original id card, health insurance card or driver's license (either one) should be presented to the hotel operator when checking in.

Step 4: the hotel and lodging operator shall deduct the accommodation fee on site, and then apply for the subsidy from the municipal and county (city) governments directly under the jurisdiction of the host country. The subsidy shall not be remitted to the tourists after the funds are approved by the municipal or county (city) governments.

 

Plan 3: preferential admission to the sightseeing recreation park

1. How many sightseeing resorts did you participate in?

North: willow sea world, yunxian paradise, lilliputian theme park, liufu village theme park, tinker bell science theme park, wanrui forest recreation area, shangri-la paradise

Central area: west lake resort, libao paradise, dongshi forest park recreation area, shanlinxi forest ecological resort park, taiya resort village, jiuzu cultural village, jianhu mountain world, naughty world, and jiangnan mountain resort

South: yi da world, da da guan theme park, xiao kenting holiday village,

East: green dance manor Japanese theme recreation area, yuanxiong Ocean Park, yiyuan holiday village, taitung native application botanical garden

2. How to apply?

Step 1: submit a photocopy of your health insurance card (photocopied on A4 paper), sign or stamp the copy (the card), and fill in the contact number; Signature can be signed by elders or teachers (name of the undersigned)

Step 2: present the original health insurance card when you enter the kindergarten, and then you can enter the kindergarten for free
