Cancellation Regulation
The guest cancels the itinerary due to personal factors, and the fee is subject to the “Foreign Tourism Styling Contract” issued by the Tourism Bureau.
l If you cancel your order 41 days before departure, you will be charged a full tour fee of 5%.
l If you cancel your order 31 to 40 days before departure, you will be charged 10% of the total tour fee.
l If you cancel your order 21 to 30 days before departure, you will be charged 20% of the total tour fee.
l Cancellation of orders 2 to 20 days prior to departure, 30% of the total tour fee will be charged
l Cancellation of order 1 day before departure, 50% of the total tour fee is charged
l Cancellation of orders on the day of departure, collection of timeouts, personal departure from the team due to personal factors, and non-reimbursement without notice
