The goose nose is the southernmost point of Taiwan, also known as Nanxun. Its location is located in Hengchun Town, Pingtung County, Taiwan. It is the southernmost point of the central mountain range, facing the Philippines across the bus strait.

►Cat Nose Park

The cat's nose is located at the southeast corner of the Hengchun Peninsula, at the junction of the Taiwan Strait and the Bus Strait. It is about 3.5 kilometers away from the white sand. It is 5 kilometers long and 3.5 miles wide. It is the sudden point of the Hengchun Peninsula extending to the bus channel. The typical coral reef coast eroded the terrain, the bird's eye view is like a girl's 100-fold skirt, so it is called the reef coast, and forms the southernmost point of Taiwan with the goose nose. In fact, Hengchun’s old name is “琅峤”, and “琅峤” means “Taiwan’s tail” in the Aboriginal Paiwan language. Therefore, Hengchun is the southernmost township in Taiwan.

► Kenting White Sand Bay Beach

Baishawan Beach is one kilometer long and is famous for its white sand and clear water. It also has a very coarse sandy sand. ►Guanshan Observation Deck

The view from the top of the mountain is wide, and the west side faces the bus strait. It is famous for its "Guanshan Xizhao". In the north, you can see the complete section of the 188-meter-high Dapingding sloped platform and the beautiful scenery along the coastline and fishing village. The east side overlooks the beautiful scenery of Longtan Lake and Nanwan to the goose's nose, making it an excellent spot for viewing and sightseeing in Kenting National Park.
