YOGA FLOW

●Advanced

The course will bring a little muscle strength and a little softness. If you have exercise habits in the past, but have been stagnant for a while without exercising, this course will also allow you to slowly regain the harmony and rhythm of the body in the past! It also helps relieve stress and improve the body's circulatory ability!

 

VINYASA YOGA

●Advanced

It is suitable for yogis who like to sweat a lot during practice and who like to sequence core training actions. We will learn from the most basic asanas and UJJAYI breathing. Through the practice of VINYASA YOGA, in every individual position and every breath, the body and mind are united, as if the body and mind can fly! Not only can you get rid of the heaviness of the body, but the long-term accumulation of mental stress has a healthy relief channel and feel the benefits of yoga treatment. The challenging tandem posture method also more effectively increases muscle endurance and flexibility, purifies the body, prevents the accumulation of waste in the body, and maintains a better anti-aging physique.

 

RELEASE YOGA

This class is suitable for everyone, including office workers who sit for a long time every day and feel the whole body due to the pressure of life. BASIC YOGA
