Customer Service: Fumei Port is about 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh City and about 40 minutes from Vung Tau City. The actual situation is based on the traffic conditions on the day. It is recommended to arrange a simple trip to Vung Tau City or Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Question 3: What should I do if there is a problem with the voyage?

Customer Service: Cancellation fees will be handled in accordance with the "Standardization Contract for Foreign Tourism Steering" issued by the Tourism Bureau.
30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 2 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation order 1 day before departure, 50% of full travel fee will be charged
