Question 1: Where is the cruise terminal?

Customer Service: On the day after the order is placed, the port unit will be contacted and registered (please provide the name of each customer's passport).

If the registered vehicle has exceeded the quota, please leave the port (10 minutes)

 

Question 2: Is the transportation convenient?

Customer Service: Chen Mei Port is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Da Nang City / Hue. The actual situation is based on the traffic conditions on the day. It is recommended to arrange the urban area for the itinerary.

 

Question 3: What should I do if there is a problem with the voyage?

Customer Service: Cancellation fees will be handled in accordance with the "Standardization Contract for Foreign Tourism Steering" issued by the Tourism Bureau.
30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 2 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation order 1 day before departure, 50% of full travel fee will be charged
Cancellation of orders on the day of departure, collection overtime, private departure from the team due to personal factors, and non-participants who have not been notified will not refund

 

Question 4: What information do I need to provide if I want to pre-order a chartered car?

Order Cancellation

The guest cancels the itinerary due to personal reasons, and the fee is processed in accordance with the "Foreign Tourism Stereotypes Contract" standard issued by the Tourism Bureau.
